Yes! The TD Towel comes pre-filled and ready to get on the field.
Yes, the ideal way to wash is to empty the chalk out (it does dissolve in hot water, but we haven't tested it long term on a washing machine), and hang dry.
The best way to work with extreme humidity (and we mean extreme), is to bring two towels to practices and games. That keeps the chalk the most dry and powdery for the most consistent grip, and gives you the most dry towel surface.
A lot of schools and pro teams have an EQ staff to wash equipment after every practice, that's why we made the daily re-fill, you can dump the chalk in the trash and re-fill the next day in our convenient packaging.
The chalk can get wet, either in rain or from excess sweat. The best thing to do is dry the towel and the chalk out. In most instances it will go back to its typical powdery form. If it gets excessively dirty it may need to be changed out.
Yes! The best way to use the TD Towel in the rain is to put the towel in a hand warmer. The hand warmer will keep the towel and chalk dry, which will keep your hands dry. Be sure to wipe all the chalk off of your hands when dealing with a wet ball, the best thing is to have dry hands with nothing between your fingers and the ball.
The TD Towel was developed by a QB playing in Atlanta, but it's for all positions on the field. Especially loved by QB's, Centers, Long Snappers, Punters, and anyone looking for a more consistent grip handling the football.
